MRecruitment was founded 10 years ago with the aim of providing specialised recruitment services in the areas of catering and hospitality, skilled labour and healthcare services. Our approach involves offering a 360 degree employment and recruitment consultancy service, ensured by having the right recruitment tools and recruiters equipped with knowledge and expertise within different industry sectors.

Finding the right people is hard. Retaining the right people, is even harder. As a recruitment agency based in Malta, we have dedicated ourselves to matching the right candidate with the right client for over the past 10 years.

While the job market gets more and more competitive, talent is even tougher to find. At MRecruitment, we offer different recruitment options to cater for the different needs of our clients. Our clientele come from various industries including, hospitality, catering, leisure, warehousing, fashion retail, food retail, gaming, medical and healthcare. As services, we offer both subcontracted and direct recruitment/employment.

As our client base grew, so did the number of our subcontracted employees – starting with just one employee, at present we have around 200 subcontracted employees placed with clients all across Malta and Gozo. With many of our candidates being third country nationals (providing excellent service quality from experience gained working with top hotel chains and resorts in places like UAE and Qatar), we also have our own inhouse work permit and visa applications team to help assist our candidates with their application and relocation process. This service is also offered B2B through our one-stop-shop service for work permit processing called, ‘Permit Hub’

Whether it’s a direct position or subcontracted one, our clients and our candidates’ interests are at the forefront of our operations. With a dedicated team of 11 people, including experienced recruiters who are always on the lookout for exceptional talent, our agency has managed to live up to its ethos.

    As an agency, we are always researching the most innovative ways to generate leads and acquire useful information about potential candidates. We plan ahead to cater not just for current recruitment needs but also needs in the near future based on predicted market conditions – this enables us to locate and identify prospects long before our clients actually need them. Hence, when the right time comes, we have an available list of a potential pool of good quality candidates ready to be passed on to the relevant client.

    As an agency, given they have the right qualifications and /or expertise, our candidates are sourced from all across the globe.
