Usual responsibilities for the position of Supervisor/ Manager:

    • Smooth daily running of the outlets
    • Efficient planning of staff schedules
    • Creating and maintaining a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation within the team

    • Able to find solutions for any complaints and capability of offering a good-will gesture to clients if need be that wins them back while not costing too much to the outlet

    • Ensure all teams are respecting efficient serving times
    • Able to give clear guidelines to staff
    • Optimising the serving times with good timing between all the teams – kitchen, bar and serving staff
    • Overlook and ensuring absolute strictness with health and hygiene standards across the whole restaurant

Requirements for the position of Supervisor / Manager:

Ability to plan and foresee what will be needed to prepare and provide for the best service

Excellent people skills both with staff as well as clientele

Efficient planning of shifts of the workforce

Availability to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays

Excellent hold of the English language to be able to communicate with staff and clientele

Absolute high performance especially when working under pressure
