Assistant Installer

 ASSISTANT INSTALLER

One of our clients, a well-known local furniture retailer in Malta is looking for an Assistant Installer to join their energetic team that values collaboration and teamwork. The candidate will be closely working with the Chief installers. The role revolves around delivering excellent customer service and being a positive team member.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the daily activities related to the assembly, installation, repair and service of both home and contract furniture according to the design and specifications of the customer
• To inspect the furniture for operability in accordance with supplier guidelines
• To load/unload furniture orders from the truck and, if necessary, to deliver items to the client’s site
• To accurately complete job sheets and customer satisfaction reports per each installation
• To operate safely, following health and safety rules
• To communicate with clients to inform, build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience
• To do showroom or head office maintenance if needed
• To maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) of previous experience
• Physical strength
• A can-do attitude
• Problem Solver
• A clean driving licenses
• Good Communication Skills
• Good command of either Maltese or English language
