Retail Sales Assistant (MUST BE IN MALTA)

A vacancy for a full time ‘Sales Assistant’ has become available. One of our clients is seeking to recruit a salesperson who is a ‘people person’ to work in a retail shop selling female attire.

The chosen candidate will be joining the retail staff to engage with customers and provide an excellent, in-store experience.

Job Requirements:

• Engage with customers, providing assistance as required
• Help improve and maintain brand image
• Prepare, steam and replenish stock
• Complete sales transactions, including exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner
• Be able to visually coordinate outfits
• Able to work flexible hours on a 7-day roster
• Must speak fluent English   

 Person Specification:

• Previous retail experience is not essential but would be an asset
• Be a reliable, team player with a smart, professional demeanour
• Keen eye for detail
• Customer-oriented with the ability to close sales effectively
• A positive attitude
• Committed to the role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Any other language would be considered an asset
