Sales Representative

One of our clients that offers a unique and wide selection of premium wines, spirits, and accessories is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

The chosen candidate will be providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability of the company in line with its strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

To secure orders by maintaining contact and a good relationship with all customers.
To establish contact with new customers and secure orders.
To provide feedback on customer’s requirements.
To ensure customer satisfaction by conducting regular follow-up calls and courtesy visits.
To assist in the preparation of purchasing requirements.
To provide price quotes to new and existing customers and liaise with the distribution team to ensure a smooth delivery of orders.
To participate and contribute to regular strategic sales and marketing meetings.
To conduct all business transactions in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains.
To report on activities undertaken.
