Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for responsible individuals with a good background in finance, an analytical mindset and with a professional attitude, to join finance teams!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole accounts payable processes, including payments, invoicing, credit control and follow-up of overdue payments
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage any discrepancies
- Submission of VAT returns
- Provide financial reports and periodic analysis of accounts for different stakeholders
- Participate in meetings with various departments, management and executives
- Prepare and provide regular cash flow forecasts and reports to Management
- Assisting with the Auditing Process
- Processing payments
- Accounting A’level standard or currently doing ACCA
- Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Preferred Maltese speaking; English professional speaking is mandatory
