Bartender (Malta / Gozo)

We are looking for experienced, passionate Bartenders to join our agency on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
• Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
• Crafting original beverage menu & design new, innovative cocktails
• Keep the bar area clean and organized
• Maintain Alcohol Inventory
• Keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied
• Must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding serving of alcohol
• Make Drink Suggestions – cocktails and mixed drinks to customers
• Prepare Garnishes

Person Specification:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender – minimum of 2 years
• Relevant training / course certificates / qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Working experience using a POS
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Fluent in English
• Any other language would be considered an asset
