Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Building Services Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs, analyzing risks, and preparing tenders for building services systems and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate the costs of building services systems, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project drawings and blueprints to determine the scope of work.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate costings.
• Research and assess material and labor costs.
• Prepare and review tenders for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternative solutions.
• Provide detailed reports on estimated costs and timelines.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate cost estimation.
