We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead and support our ERP and digital transformation projects. This role requires a mix of analytical, technical, and communication skills to manage system implementations and ensure successful project outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Assess and analyze client business processes to identify areas of improvement, recommending ERP solutions that align with their goals
- ERP Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of ERP system implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
- Project Management: Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines, deadlines, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with the Software Solutions Manager to ensure technical solutions are feasible and effective
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with both internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Customer Success & Upselling: Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions
- Documentation: Create detailed business and technical documentation, including process flows, requirements, and testing scenarios
- Training & Support: Train end-users and offer continuous post-implementation support
Key Deliverables:
- Meeting project deadlines with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Successful ERP system implementations that meet client requirements
- Upselling of additional services based on business needs and client relationships
- Clear and comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP system implementation
- Education: MQF Level 6 or above in business-related or technology-related subjects (or a combination of both)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and other business solutions. Additional technical skills are highly valued
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. A meticulous, detail-oriented approach is essential
- Language: C1 or C2 level proficiency in English is required
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required, particularly for projects in Cyprus
