Electronic Flight Bag & IT Support Officer – Flight Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team, who is capable of interacting with different cultural environments and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth business. 

Competencies & Requirements:
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • The right to live and work in Europe
  • An advanced education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in Administration of IT networks and hardware preferably in a corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure management
  • Familiarity with 3CX systems administration is a plus
  • Experience in the Aviation field and knowledge of EASA regulations will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills and motivation to learn new skills related to Aviation
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Tasks and Specialities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Flight Operations to ensure that all Flight Crew are compliant in their EFB assets
  • Be responsible for the administration of the EFB system within Hyperion and collaborate with the Head of Flight Operations on daily basis
  • Evaluate and facilitate the procurement of new equipment to meet organisational needs
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of company assets, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation
  • Monitor and update network and infrastructure components in collaboration with the Information Systems Department
  • Coordinate with the IT external support providers for the management of 3CX systems
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Assist in the processing of approvals for IT related matters
  • Coordinate software license procurement, distribution, and compliance
  • Configure and deploy new laptops for employees, ensuring proper setup and functionality
  • Collaborate with IT support to establish and manage SharePoint sites and access rights
  • Work closely with company employees in supporting the day to day IT requirements
  • Train new employees when inducted in the company
  • Assist in the Flight Operations activities as required and support closely the Head of Flight Operations to ensure the standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are kept

Training will be given to the chosen candidate.
