Engineer R&D (Electronics/Mechanical)

Our client, a high-tech company, is seeking an R&D Engineer to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes and product development. This role offers long-term growth, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment.
  • Participate in assembly, testing, and setup of equipment (e.g., winding machines, CP Units).
  • Monitor R&D schedules and support product launches.
  • Train technicians and engineers in equipment operation and problem-solving.
  • Conduct equipment testing, collect data, and create detailed reports.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standards and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 6).
  • Experience in analog electronics, microelectronics, optical sensors, stepper motors, and PIC controllers.
  • Soldering skills and previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and hands-on mindset.
