Engineering Manager – MUST BE IN MALTA
Our client is looking for a Warranted Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of relevant Engineering Management experience, to lead the Engineering Team.
Salary: €50-60k basic, plus 10-15% bonus based on personal goals
Probation Period: One year

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Develop, organize, and lead the Engineering Team’s technical activities.
- Manage and implement engineering projects, including specialized and technical initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements or energy efficiency improvements and prepare technical proposals.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications for tenders.
- Develop the company’s future electrification strategy.
Project Oversight:
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and that existing services are protected during works.
- Peer review and challenge designs, specifications, and concepts proposed by external consultants.
Sustainability and Reporting:
- Lead efforts to implement and review the company’s sustainability strategies.
- Contribute to business continuity planning and execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years in Engineering Management, with a Maltese Electrical Engineering Warrant
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver technical projects.
- Expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
