Finance Analyst

We are looking for a mature, dedicated and hardworking individual for the role of Finance Analyst, for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Ideally someone who loves working with numbers, an analyst with a keen eye to detail. Responsible for providing financial insights and support also to non-finance business partners while assisting the unit’s Accountant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting month-end reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintaining asset registers and stock control reports.
• Managing the standard costing model and analysing factory variances.
• Ensuring compliance with finance guidelines and internal controls.
• Preparing profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Reconciling major account balances and intercompany transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently doing ACCA (ACA, ACMA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Great communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
