We are currently seeking an experienced Food Server to join the team of our client, a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to  the guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in accordance with the restaurant’s standards and Michelin guidelines
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus
  • Offer recommendations on food and beverage selections, taking into account guest preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet the restaurant’s standards
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and table settings
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, grooming, and personal hygiene at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a fine dining server in a reputable restaurant or hotel, preferably with Michelin-star experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food, and wine.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Certification in food handling and alcohol service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
