Guest Relations Manager

We’re looking for a Guest Relations Manager for one of our distinguished hospitality clients If you excel in creating memorable guest experiences and are ready to take on a leadership role in the hotel industry, this position is calling your name!

About the Role:

Lead the guest relations team to ensure smooth operations and top-tier guest satisfaction. Efficiently address guest concerns and deliver solutions that enhance their experience. Play an active role as a Duty Manager on a rotating basis. Drive guest satisfaction strategies while promoting additional hotel services and amenities.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous background as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Hotel Management software (preferably Room Master), outstanding communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Languages: Fluency in English is necessary
Additional languages: Polish, German or French
