Head of Commercial

We are seeking a Head of Commercial for our esteemed client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary professional to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment!

Responsibilities:
  • Management of the company’s commercial business units.
  • Sales growth through existing and future markets.
  • Lead, manage, and train a high-performing team delivering on KPIs.
  • Lead the commercial strategy and execution for all areas of sales, driving revenue growth, profit, and market expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance and highlight key insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage deployment and sales planning, forecasts, purchases, and budgeting while meeting quarterly and annual financial targets.
  • Supplier liaison; business development; contract management.
  • Hold P&L responsibility for the division you lead.
  • Oversee customer analysis and relationship building.
  • Oversee brand/product performance analysis.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A degree in Business or Pharmacy would be considered an asset.
  • A solid background on sales and business development.
  • A background in pharmaceutical trade.
  • Eye for detail, sound organisational skills, and a good communicator.
  • Strong background in promoting and selling technical products and solutions B2B.
  • Proactive team management: experience in successfully leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent business skills (pricing/margins, etc.).
  • Fluent command of English is required for this role.
