Junior Legal Counsel – Compliance & Regulatory

As Junior Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s compliance efforts, helping ensure that operations align with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research to ensure continued adherence to evolving laws.
• Assist in the review of contracts and internal documents to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Track developments in the iGaming regulatory landscape and advise on their impact.
• Maintain and manage compliance documentation and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to foster a company-wide culture of compliance.
• Assist with licensing processes and communicate with regulatory authorities as needed.
• Participate in internal training and external workshops to stay up to date with compliance obligations.
• Provide general administrative and legal support to the legal and compliance team.

Requirements:

• A Law degree from a recognized academic institution.
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably with exposure to regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of iGaming laws and regulations is considered an asset.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a legal and compliance career path.
