Makeup Artist

As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing professional makeup services while offering exceptional customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Makeup Application & Consultations:

• Provide professional makeup applications for clients, including daily looks, special events, and makeup for photo shoots or videos.
• Offer personalized makeup consultations, recommending products based on client needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with makeup trends and techniques to ensure the best service for clients.

• Educate clients and helping them choose the right products for their skin type, tone, and preferences.
• Demonstrate product application techniques
• Actively recommend complementary products

• Assist customers in selecting products and creating customized makeup looks that reflect their unique style.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals by driving product sales and offering cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, building relationships and ensuring repeat business.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing makeup counter or workspace.
• Ensure hygiene standards are met, including sanitizing tools and products after each use.
• Assist with product displays, ensuring that the store’s visual standards align with brand guidelines.

• Work closely with the store management team to meet and exceed sales and service targets.
• Assist in training new staff members on makeup application techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

• Proven experience as a makeup artist, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong portfolio of makeup looks (photos/videos) showcasing various techniques and styles.
• Extensive knowledge of makeup products, techniques, and current trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
