Mechanical Site Supervisor
As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing, on construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing, on construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of mechanical subcontractors and tradespeople on site.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety measures on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed.
- Equipment Inspection: Inspect and test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations.
- Material Management: Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver quality work.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspection reports, and handover certificates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical site supervision on construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
