Mechanical Site Supervisor

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing, on construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of mechanical subcontractors and tradespeople on site.
Quality Control: Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety measures on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed.
Equipment Inspection: Inspect and test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations.
Material Management: Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
Subcontractor Management: Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver quality work.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspection reports, and handover certificates.
