Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (negotiable)
Bonus: 10% annual salary based on personal and company performance goals

Contract Details
Probation:* 1 year
Initial Contract: 3 years, transitioning to indefinite thereafter

As a Procurement Coordinator within the Technical Projects department, the selected candidate will oversee procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and inventory management. The role serves as a crucial link between the Procurement and Projects teams, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align procurement activities with project budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct market research to secure competitive rates and services.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budgetary control.
  • Perform pre-qualification technical assessments for tenders or equivalent processes.
  • Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Draft and negotiate procurement contracts with clear deliverables and compliance measures.
  • Conduct inspections and audits on suppliers for quality assurance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement and inventory processes.
  • Implement best practices in procurement and resource management.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
