The Fire Door Project Manager oversees all aspects of fire door installation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing timelines, and delivering projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee fire door installations, managing resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, approve technical designs, conduct site inspections, and maintain documentation.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, training, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Compliance & Documentation: Stay updated on fire safety standards, maintain accurate records, and prepare compliance reports.Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or joinery projects.
• Proven track record in project management.
Required Skills:
• Leadership: Lead teams and promote safety and quality compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve compliance and installation challenges.
• Organization: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Clearly convey safety standards and build positive relationships with clients and teams.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality installations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fire door standards, building codes, and project tools.
• Safety Focus: Promote health and safety throughout all project phases.
