We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts and deliver top-notch system implementations to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation, testing, and deployment
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support Business Analysts to ensure they are delivering quality work and meeting project milestones
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external clients, and vendors, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions
- Scope & Requirements Management: Define and manage project scope and objectives, ensuring that project deliverables align with business needs and client expectations
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure Business Analysts have the support they need to succeed in their roles
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, handling escalations where necessary
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within project processes and team performance, incorporating feedback from both clients and team members
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in ERP implementations and digital transformation projects
- Education: MQF Level 6 or higher in Business Management, IT, or related fields. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly valued
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation frameworks. Experience in working with Business Analysts and IT development teams is essential
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflict, and drive results. Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop Business Analysts
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Must be meticulous and detail-oriented
- Language: C1 or C2 level proficiency in English
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required, especially for client projects in Cyprus
