Proposal Engineer / Proposal Writer

We are looking for a dedicated professional Proposal Engineer / Proposal Writer To develop competitive technical and financial proposals that align with client specifications and showcase the firm’s expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Craft detailed proposals that effectively present technical and financial aspects to meet client needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather data and insights.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitors to create competitive proposals.
• Compliance: Ensure all proposals meet client guidelines, submission deadlines, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Presentation: Deliver presentations to clients, clearly explaining proposals and addressing any concerns.
• Review & Editing: Ensure all proposals are accurate, clear, and consistent before submission.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a database of submitted proposals and track their success to refine future strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing and project management, preferably in a design or engineering firm.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts relevant to engineering and design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
