One of our clients, a Corporate Service Provider, is looking for a legal professional to provide guidance on immigration and residency matters, assisting private clients with applications and legal compliance. The role involves advising on investment migration programs, handling document registrations, drafting legal memos, and liaising with authorities. Additional responsibilities include support and advice on immigration laws and any relevant changes throughout, assist in appeal processes, and collaborate with other departments internally.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Maltese lawyer with a warrant
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Immigration Law
• Strong knowledge of immigration regulations
• Fluent in English and Maltese
• Strong organizational and communication skills
