Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee the delivery of high-quality construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, contract specifications, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, activity logs, and site documentation; manage site correspondence.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating contractor works in line with the overall project timeline.
• Support site setup before construction begins, including layout planning and facilities organization.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors on-site (note: quality control handled by the appointed consultant).
• Use tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other software to support site supervision and reporting.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering large-scale and/or complex construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, or hospitality considered an asse

Skills & Certifications:

• Strong knowledge of Maltese construction legislation, industry standards, and project delivery practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM or other design tools is a plus.
• MRICS/FRICS or similar project management certifications preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
