One of our reputable clients in the ICT industry is looking for Software Support Agents. They are looking for energetic and talented customer support individuals to form part of their support team, responding to customers via calls, emails, and assisting remotely.

One of our reputable clients in the ICT industry is looking for Software Support Agents. They are looking for energetic and talented customer support individuals to form part of their support team, responding to customers via calls, emails, and assisting remotely.
Main duties:
- Discuss issues with varied customers and provide a structured solution
- Provide support and online training where required
- Demonstrate and deliver problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
- Ask the right questions to resolve issues at hand
- Prioritise duties and clients
- Schedule appointments when necessary
- Liaise with firm’s partners on complex issues
Requirements:
- Have a working knowledge on Windows technologies including Microsoft Office 365 and other related software
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 and/or Sage Evolution is a great asset to have
- Familiar with accounting processes and procedures
- Possess relevant work experience in an I.T. environment
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English
- Understand the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience
- Demonstrate the ability to work in an organised manner with minimal supervision.
- Ability to ask the right questions to resolve issues.
