Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for spraying.
- Ensure colours are meticulously matched to panel standards.
- Mix paint colours accurately.
- Apply texture paint onto panels.
- Polish newly sprayed panels for a flawless finish.
- Perform 3-coat colour jobs on panels.
- Utilise blonding lacquer techniques with colour tints.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work autonomously.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Clean driving license.
- Team player with a pleasant, honest, and mature demeanour.
