A Travel Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients, handling all aspects of travel bookings, and providing expert advice on destinations and itineraries. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering personalized travel recommendations for both leisure and business trips.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and manage flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and tours, ensuring that all details are accurate and in line with the client’s requirements.
- Itinerary Management: Design and customize travel itineraries for individuals and groups, ensuring smooth logistics and memorable experiences.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips. Handle inquiries, address issues, and resolve problems related to travel bookings.
- Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and new destinations to offer clients up-to-date advice.
- Travel Documentation: Assist clients with travel documentation, including passports, visas, and insurance, ensuring that all necessary documents are in place.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote and upsell travel packages, special offers, and added services to clients, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and excellent service for our clients.
- Booking System Management: Utilize the company’s travel management software to handle bookings, payments, and client profiles efficiently and accurately.
- Compliance: Ensure all bookings and transactions adhere to company policies and travel regulations.
- An IATA qualification
- A relevant and accredited qualification in travel
- Work experience in travel
- Knowledge of travel ticketing software – ideally Amadeus
- Proven experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Agent, or in a similar role within the travel or airline industry
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including booking systems, airline policies, and travel regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

- Proficiency in using travel management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of travel documentation, visa requirements, and international travel policies
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
