Accounts Clerk
One of our clients, a leading Systems Integrators, specialising in the fields of building Management and industrial automation systems, is seeking to recruit additional staff within its Accounts Department.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting Invoices and Sales Orders
- Chasing debtors & paying creditors
- Conducting Bank reconciliations
- Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organizing etc
- Any other duties which may deem necessary from time to time
Attributes:

- Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and is flexible to meet changing deadlines
Requirements:
- A`level Standard of Accounting Education or Similar
- Experience on Shireburn software will be considered as an asset
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English & Maltese
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
