Accounts Clerk

One of our clients, a leading Systems Integrators, specialising in the fields of building Management and industrial automation systems, is seeking to recruit additional staff within its Accounts Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Invoices and Sales Orders
  • Chasing debtors & paying creditors
  • Conducting Bank reconciliations
  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organizing etc
  • Any other duties which may deem necessary from time to time

  • Planning & Time Management Skills
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and is flexible to meet changing deadlines

Requirements:

  • A`level Standard of Accounting Education or Similar
  • Experience on Shireburn software will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English & Maltese
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
