Administrative and Receptionist Specialist

Our client is a dynamic and growing conglomerate with diverse interests in Imports, Hospitality, and Property. We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join their team in the role of Administrative and Receptionist Specialist.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Reception and Administration:

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Provide administrative support not only to the company but also to various entities within the group, including Imports, Hospitality, and Property

Director Assistance:

  • Assist company Directors with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Office Management:

  • Take responsibility for office-related requirements, including maintaining office supplies, managing stationery, coffee, water, and other amenities

Human Resources: 

  • Oversee and manage HR duties, including payroll-related responsibilities such as leave and sick leave
  • Handle employee registration matters efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Data Inputting:

  • Accurately input and maintain data in relevant systems

Logistics Support:

  • Collaborate with the logistics team to issue invoices when required


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on reception duties
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in basic office software and data entry
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including payroll and leave management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
