ASSISTANT INSTALLER

One of our clients, a well-known local furniture retailer in Malta is looking for an Assistant Installer to join their energetic team that values collaboration and teamwork. The candidate will be closely working with the Chief installers. The role revolves around delivering excellent customer service and being a positive team member.

Roles & Responsibilities

To be responsible for the daily activities related to the assembly, installation, repair and service of both home and contract furniture according to the design and specifications of the customer
To inspect the furniture for operability in accordance with supplier guidelines
To load/unload furniture orders from the truck and, if necessary, to deliver items to the client’s site
To accurately complete job sheets and customer satisfaction reports per each installation
To operate safely, following health and safety rules
To communicate with clients to inform, build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience
To do showroom or head office maintenance if needed
To maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment
