Assistant Maintenance Manager

One of our clients is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager on a full time basis.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the Company’s restaurants. This role involves collaborating with the other maintenance staff, managing schedules, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will primarily work within the Company’s dynamic environment, occasionally requiring flexibility in working hours to accommodate maintenance needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience, minimum 2 years in a maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Electrical wireman license A and B is a requirement
  • All applicants must be fluent in English
