Auditor (Must be in Malta or in the EU)

One of our clients, a reputable financial organisation, is looking for a Senior and a Junior Auditor on a full-time basis to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist partners in completing audits
Do audits from start to finish
Deal directly with the clients
Assist in preparing financial statements in GAPSME & IFRS
Meet work deadlines
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Preparation of monthly and annual reports
Liaising with auditors
Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility
Dealing with matters pertaining to the operations and other statutory matters
Assist in other specific assignments and projects as assigned and other general accounting duties

Person Specification:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or ACCA qualification (Junior auditors who are currently studying will be accepted too)
Have between 2 to 4 years relevant audit experience
Sound computer literacy; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Be effective in time management and in delivering results
Be career driven and passionate about work
Be a team player
Fluency in English is a must
No age is required
