B2B Sales Executive
One of our clients, is looking for Business-to-business Sales Executive to join their commercial sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation’s products; contact via electronic means, visit clients and delivers presentations to existing and prospective customers to create and enhance rapport;
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers;
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations; resolves customer requirements by understanding their needs and matching the right items to these needs; offering alternatives if item wanted is not available; up-selling when possible;
- Studies competition and thinks about new ideas to improve service;
- Supplies management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential new products and services;
- Recommends changes in products sold by evaluating sales results and client requirements and give feedback;
- Be flexible as and when required to assist colleagues in other tasks;

Person Specification:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid Maltese driving licence and own transport are a must
- Excellent customer service
- Motivation for sales
- Able to work on own initiative
- Promotes and sells products to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
