Beauty Advisor
One of our clients is looking for a passionate Beauty Advisor who delivers high qualitative customer service and experience following the brand principles in store and taking care of every store operation with high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greets and engages Customers in an authentic and personal way that creates a genuine connection
- Performs personalized consultations to determine the Customers’ needs and recommends the appropriate products and routines that fit the Customer’s needs and lifestyles
- Encourages customers to test our product in-store a performs demonstrations at every opportunity
- Seeks opportunities to cross-sell and acknowledges our Best Sellers in a Customer-Centric Way
- Increases customer loyalty by inviting customers to join our VIP program, explaining the promotion, and offering samples and additional services
- Develop a personalised relationship with Customers
- Takes part in the daily operations of the store helps with stock replenishment, ensures that the store & the backroom are pristine at all times, arranges gift compositions, applies merchandising recommendations, confident on the cash register, opens & closes the store
- Attend all the trainings
Job Requirements:
- Must be living in Malta.
- Previous experience in a beauty shop (Makeup/Skin Care products)
- Be a reliable, team player with a smart, professional demeanour
- Keen eye for detail
- Customer-oriented with the ability to close sales effectively
- A positive attitude
- Committed to the role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Any other language would be considered an asset
- Only candidates with fluent English will be considered for the role
