Chef de Partie 

One of our clients, an upmarket bistro in Malta, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join their culinary team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Will report to the Restaurant Manager / Head Chef
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Work on different sections of the kitchen
  • Follow the in-house HACCP regulations
  • Be familiar with the menu and with any “specials”
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion
  • Be passionate for high end cuisine
  • Stay up to speed with latest cuisine trends
  • Must be standards driven and detail-oriented
  • Pay close attention to detail in food preparation
  • Adopt flexible working hours


  • Chef de Partie with at least 2-3 years in the role, in a 5-star/high-end environment
  • Vocational Culinary Degree a plus
  • Experience in Mediterranean cuisine
  • Knowledge of à la carte menu
