One of our clients, a Michelin Star Restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie. This person will be responsible for food preparation (mis-en-place), as well as cooking and plating food during service as per menus and food preparation methods of the Restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

▪︎ Will report to the Sous Chef/Head Chef
▪︎ Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
▪︎ Work on different sections of the kitchen
▪︎ Follow the in-house HACCP regulations
▪︎ Be familiar with the menu and with any “specials”
▪︎ Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion
▪︎ Be passionate for high-end cuisine
▪︎ Stay up to speed with the latest cuisine trends
▪︎ Must be standards driven and detail-oriented
▪︎ Pay close attention to detail in food preparation
▪︎ Adopt flexible working hours

Requirement:

▪︎ Chef de Partie with at least 2-3 years in the role
▪︎ Vocational Culinary Degree a plus
▪︎ Experience in Mediterranean cuisine
▪︎ Knowledge of à la carte menu
