Chef De Partie

Our esteemed Client is on the hunt for a talented Chef De Partie to join a brigade of one of Malta’s leading Catering Companies. The successful applicants will be joining a highly motivated and effective teams within one of our locations, with a commitment to a culinary excellence.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will report to the Head chef or Sous Chef
• Assist in day to day operations of the kitchen
• Prepare different items to the standards of the company
• To be able to work in different sections
• To learn company standards and recipes
• Follow the companies HACCP regulations
• Must be driven and detail-oriented

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of Experience as a Chef De Partie
• Culinary Education is a Plus
• Be able to communicate and understand English
