One of our clients, an IT pionneer company, is looking for a Customer Support Personnel to join their Field Support team on a full-time basis. The position calls for an enthusiastic individual with a flair for customer service and IT.
The job involves primarily offering support to the customers with Credit Card Electronic Point-of-Sale issues. If you enjoy meeting people and being on the move, this is the right job for you.
Main Responsibilities:
• Call at customers and identify cause of EPOS issue.
• Replace and install EPOS terminals
• Train customers in the use of EPOS terminals
Desired qualifications and experience:
• Be able to troubleshoot basic communications faults
• A basic understanding of IT
• A clean driving license B
• Fluency in both Maltese and English
