One of our clients is looking for experienced Dealers / Croupiers to join their team. In this role, the chosen person will be dealing different table games whilst ensuring full compliance with the company procedures, as well as providing the highest level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting all games dealt within the guidelines of the approved gaming procedures;
- Maintaining a courteous and hospitable manner when interacting with clients;
- Understanding and attending to customers’ needs to optimise customer satisfaction;
- Ensuring that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to;
- Reporting any suspicious conduct concerning the casino operations.
Person Specification:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in dealing American Roulette, Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Dragon Tiger, Baccarat games
- A good level of spoken English is a must. Knowledge of Maltese and Italian languages would be an asset.
- Experience in Poker Tournaments and/or cash games will be considered an asset.
