Digital Marketing Executive (Applicant MUST be in Malta or an EU National to apply)

One of our clients, is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to help the company with building it’s brand image and the company’s growth. The Marketing Executive will report to the CEO and will be responsible for driving marketing strategy development and execution. 
 
Job Responsibilities: 

  • Generate insights on customer needs; understand the emotional and rational triggers that can change people’s perception/behaviour 
  • Develop consumer segmentation strategies that can be implemented across all digital marketing channels  
  • Developing customer acquisition, engagement and retention plans including strategy, goals, budgets and tactics 
  • Create persistent, consistent, and frequent stories that can create a lasting impression among different target audiences 
  • Create and maintain a favourable brand and public image by communicating accomplishments and opinions through PR channels 
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising 
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs 
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Person Specification: 

  • Experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn 
  • Able to understand the story behind data and processing figures with spreadsheets  
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Facebook Analytics) 
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads and Facebook campaigns (certification is considered as an asset) 
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing tools 
  • Knowledge of video storytelling 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Problem-solving mindset 
  • Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research 
  • A sense of aesthetics with a love for great results and witty communication
