Digital Print Operator Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a competent digital printing assistant to dive into the heart of a large format digital print department and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our client is not just another signage company, it is a dynamic company with more than 35 years of experience in large format signage using state-of-the-art digital printing technology.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with production for Large Format orders.
Operating multiple large format roll-to-roll or flatbed printers.
Reviewing work orders for accuracy and verifying materials required.
Meeting day-to-day production demands.
Performing daily preventative maintenance on all machines.
Maintaining a neat, organised workstation and upholding high safety standards.
Following instructions thoroughly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Proficiency and previous experience in Photoshop are essential.
School leaving certificate.
Fluent in Maltese and English.
Knowledge of RIPP Software, large format printers, laminating, mounting, plot cutters, finishing, trimming, Illustrator, and Coral Draw workflow software is advantageous.
Experience with large format digital printers and equipment including UV flatbed printers, roll-to-roll printers, vinyl plotters, laminators, laser printers, and CNC Cutter is a plus.
Attention to detail is a must.
