Distribution Coordinator

One of our clients, a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in Europe, is looking for a Distribution Coordinator (m/f/d) to support their Revenue & Distribution department. The Revenue & Distribution department is responsible for the strategic orientation of the hotels to ensure the maximization of total revenue and market shares. Help them optimize our distribution systems to enable the realization of revenue potentials through all connected channels.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implementing revenue management strategies;
• Resp;onsible for rate loading in all our booking related systems (e.g. PMS, Channel Manager, GDS);
• maintaining and optimizing our distribution systems in terms of content, rate and room descriptions in cooperation with our marketing team;
• connecting new sales channels to our Channel Manager “SiteMinder”
• monitoring the interfaces between the different booking systems and troubleshooting together with the system providers;
• creating and controlling standards for data entry into the systems
• supporting our revenue team with their daily tasks.

Get in touch, if you have/are:

• Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management/business studies or similar;
• experience in revenue management or distribution;
• a good understanding of the distribution landscape and systems as well as promotions and flash sales;
• familiar with different PMS and diverse distribution channels (OTA’s);
• experience in working with external system providers;
• an independent worker with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation;
• a good technical understanding, an eye for detail as well as very good communication skills
• very good knowledge of MS Office;
• excellent written & spoken English skills.
