Group Coordinator Public Relations

One of our clients, a fast-growing hospitality group operating in some of Europe’s most exciting locations, is looking for a Group Coordinator Public Relations to work at their offices in Malta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all PR aspects of the group, working closely with head office in areas of digital marketing, e-commerce, advertising, brand awareness and development.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Helping place the company’s brand in targeted media outlets to increase awareness and likeability
  • Assisting in the development of annual PR strategy and subsequent implementation
  • Selecting and combining all brand-relevant communication measures; PR, brand ambassador & blogger relations, new media and influencers
  • Planning and managing the brand storytelling of premium brand in close cooperation with the PR agencies and the marketing team
  • Responsible for and create press releases, B2C and B2B as well as national and international, in cooperation with the PR agencies
  • Taking care of interview requests and be the main contact person for the PR agencies in Europe
  • Organising regular PR events in hotels and workspaces
  • Responsible for award submissions including the preparation of the corresponding documents.
  • Taking care of the development and expansion of brand and media cooperations
  • Creating monthly reports and press clipping reports in coordination with PR agencies
  • Responsible for handling and organising influencer inquiries in cooperation with PR agencies and reservations.


  • In possession of a degree in hotel management/marketing/communication or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in a similar position and therefore good PR know-how, experience with lifestyle brands as well as with storytelling and influencers 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as basic knowledge of various CMS systems and design programs
  • Experienced in working with external service providers
  • A high level of creativity and a feel for lifestyle brands and their further development
  • Questioning processes and have an interest in the latest trends
  • A high degree of commitment and willingness to work as well as a hands-on approach
  • An excellent command of written and spoken German and English
