Group Reservations Supervisor – German Speaking

One of our clients, a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in Europe, is looking for a Group Reservations Supervisor (m/f/d) to support their Group
Reservations department in Munich from Malta.

Duties and responsibilities:

Leadng and building up the Malta division of the group reservations department
Processing group inquiries from all hotels
Creating group offers and contracts
Managing and checking the group handling
Monitoring the option dates (e.g. deposit management)
Acting as direct contact person for companies and agencies

Person Specification:

Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
Minimum of three years experience in the (group) reservation department
At least one year experience leading a team
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Independent worker with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
Team player and team leader with high social competence, who can build a team from scratch
High sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
Very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
Proficient written & spoken German and English skills
