Office Manager (MUST be in Malta to apply)

One of our clients, an operator within the real estate industry, is looking for an ‘Office Manager’ on a full-time basis. S/he will be responsible for the overall running of the office including recruiting new agents and training them as per company procedures. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new agents, their related training as well as, the training of office staff
  • Maintaining an overall update of the agents’ schedule and outcome of meetings and then follow-ups
  • Encouraging / motivating real estate agents
  • Recognizing the weak points/moments/times of agents and addressing the issue by supporting them in different ways and measures
  • Attending to company meetings and taking care of HR-related issues
  • Disseminating pertinent information to staff
  • Active participation in ideas and initiatives to grow the business
  • Responsible for general administration of the office paperwork
  • Attends promise of sales and contract-signing with agents
  • Maintaining office facilities in order and taking care of necessary replenishing and/or repairs

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a real estate agent
  • Possess manager-in-real estate certificate/diploma
  • Has excellent people skills to keep a familiar but integral atmosphere
  • Able to remain focused in a busy environment
  • Possess strong organisation and time management skills
  • Have written and verbal communication skills ideally in Maltese as well

Fluency in English is a must.
