M Recruitment is looking for experienced Cleaners to clean offices and commercial premises as part of our cleaning branch, ‘Kwikleen’. Desired applicants will have at least 2-3 years of solid experience in both commercial and ideally, the residential cleaning industry.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, detergents and chemicals, and what to use on different surfaces
- Understanding of home appliances (modern and old)
- Indoor / outdoor general cleaning
- Performs any combination of following duties to maintain cleanliness of residential premises
- Moves and arranges furniture, turns mattresses, hangs draperies, dusts Venetian blinds
- Arranges decorations, apparatus, or furniture for banquets and social functions
- Ironing of clothing & linens collects soiled linens for ironing & laundering,
- Performs other duties as requested by residential property owners & Cleaning Supervisor
Person Specification:
- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial/residential cleaning
- A friendly and well-mannered demeanor
- A “Can Do” approach to the job
- Maintaining a “safety first” approach to cleaning
- Clean record/ police conduct and References
- Ability to speak English
- Any other language would be considered an asset
