Payroll Executive

Our client one of the leaders in Malta’s Hospitality & Leisure sector are currently looking for a full-time Payroll Executive to expand the existing team within the Human Resources and Payroll Department.

The Job
  • The chosen candidate will report to the Senior Payroll Executive, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
  • Responsibilities include salary calculations, resolution of payroll-related issues, monitoring and compiling monthly payroll reports, providing information and support to employees regarding payslip queries, preparing FS5, submitting FS7 online, and any other duties deemed necessary by the Department.

Job Requirements
  • O’ level standard of education with a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a payroll department.
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, with extensive use of Excel.
  • Knowledge of Indigo payroll software will be preferred.
  • Good command of Maltese and English language.
