Retail Sales Assistant (MUST BE IN MALTA)
A vacancy for a full time ‘Sales Assistant’ has become available. One of our clients is seeking to recruit a salesperson who is a ‘people person’ to work in a retail shop selling female attire.
The chosen candidate will be joining the retail staff to engage with customers and provide an excellent, in-store experience.
Job Requirements:
- Engage with customers, providing assistance as required
- Help improve and maintain brand image
- Prepare, steam and replenish stock
- Complete sales transactions, including exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner
- Be able to visually coordinate outfits
- Able to work flexible hours on a 7-day roster
- Must speak fluent English
Person Specification:
- Previous retail experience is not essential but would be an asset
- Be a reliable, team player with a smart, professional demeanour
- Keen eye for detail
- Customer-oriented with the ability to close sales effectively
- A positive attitude
- Committed to the role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Any other language would be considered an asset
