Revenue Manager

One of our clients, a fast-growing hospitality group operating in some of Europe’s most exciting locations, is looking for a Revenue Manager to work at their offices in Malta to support the revenue and distribution department in Munich.

The revenue and distribution department is responsible for the strategic orientation of the hotels to ensure the maximisation of total revenue and market shares. The analysis and optimisation of the distribution channels and management of all booking portals and own website.  The main role of the Revenue Manager is to help in maximising revenues and market shares, while optimising distribution costs and forecast accuracy of multiple hotels.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic performance of the hotels
  • Maximising total hotel revenues and market shares through daily yield management
  • Developing strategies by analysing statistics
  • Optimising performance of diverse distribution channels and segments
  • Leading revenue strategy meetings
  • Preparing forecasts
  • Conceptualising the yearly budget


  • Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in the area of revenue management or distribution
  • Know-how about promotions and sales
  • Excellent numerical as well as analytical skills
  • High degree of commitment and self-motivation
  • Very good planning and organisational skills
  • A high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
  • Strong communication skills
  • A team player with high social competence
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proficient written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in the German language is an asset
