Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
  • Handle after-sales processes, repairs, and customer inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain store appearance through high standards of display, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Stay informed about the company, products, and organisational procedures, actively participating in training programs.
  • Identify sales opportunities, and trends, and report insights to the Store Manager.

Daily Duties:

  • Manage deposits, deliveries, and transfers in and out efficiently.
  • Handle repair requests and follow up on pending orders.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and secure daily.
  • Operate the company’s computer system, input customer information, and respond to business emails.
  • Package sold items to standards, replace sold items promptly and manage cash float.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1+ years in dynamic sales, preferably in luxury retail.
  • O’level education and computer literacy.

Attributes & Skills:

  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with professionalism and confidence.
  • Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach.
  • Team player with openness to new ideas and strategies.
